any way to buy thps3 without pirating?

probably going to get this game, but i've been looking around the interwebs for the original thps3 for pc, and nobody seems to have it for download except for torrent and pirate sites.

is it abandonware now? or does a more obscure site have it for sale?

There isn't an official release via download for the series, because they were not released digitally back in the past, that's the same problem with games like the need for speed series before undercover and the first Test Drive Unlimited (games i'll love to have legally in my digital collection)

But, you can download THPS3 for PC and mod it with the levels from thps1, 2 and 4 as well

You can find THPS3 on The Iso Zone. I didn't had a problem downloading anything there, yet.

The only legal way is to buy a physical copy and have it mailed to you.
