Help with secrets.

I complete a game, find all Toorum's note, skulls, treasure and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing.
But i find only 69\71 secrets and dont know what i missed.
I one secret room when i entered it no music was playing and no reported about finding secret. of that I am 100% sure. Can there be a bug?

Is it possible to know at what level I have not found the secrets of (by a level editor) to finish this achiv? Very disappointing to throw the game is not finished.

Nope, no bug in the original Grimrock dungeon, all 71 secrets can be uncovered. Now without knowing what you missed nobody will be able to help you. Either re-check the dungeon or go by a walkthrough like this one: http://www.gamebanshee.com/legendofgrimrock/walkthrough.php

I remeber when i finished the game and was missing few of the secrets. Took a couple of hours to retrace all the possible hideouts with the guide
