Custom dungeon items

is it possible to keep items between custom dungeons?

if you mean between the different floors of the same dungeon - yes.
if you mean playing one guy's dungeon and finding a glittering golden groundbreaker sword, then using it in someone else's dungon - no. becuase that means you need to add the glittering golden groundreaker sword to the game-core code.

thanks for the info. Still trying to figure the small area in level 3, NE of the rotating transporter. A metal door and an iron grate door. Can't seem to get either one open. any hints?

i don't know how to be to specific but throw a rock at where it looks open for that part
