Don't you usully backup your files locally before doing that?
Hi the only thing i got on the c: is the OS and some typical stuff like antivirus and the regular stuff needed for browster and so on. So when windows F**cks up i just reinstall it fast and simple.
All games and so i have on another HD so i hope that one dont crash or something stupid.
And if it do i just have to reinstall all games and 99.8% have cloud saves .
The third hd i have all pictures and homemade videos and so on and for that one i have another backup hd (Raid 1) for anyway as i have alot of pictures.
Hi
Intresting how do i do it for this game?
Download Google Drive https://drive.google.com/. It creates a folder on your PC called Google Drive.
Get DirSynchPro. http://www.dirsyncpro.org/
Create a profile like "Game Saves"
Set the source dir. In my case, C:\Users\Username\Documents\Almost Human\Legend of Grimrock
Set the destination.C:\Users\Username\Google Drive\Legend of Grimrock
When done playing run the profile. You can also alt tab out of the game (when it's not saving of course) and run the tool while the game is running.
You will also notice that in the DirSynchPro tool there is an option to keep x number of copies. So everytime you run it the tool will backup your last backup and purge your oldest.
You can add as many games as you want to your Game Saves profile as well, they don't have ot be seperate profiles so when you run the tool all of your game saves are backed up in one shot.
If you are wondering putting files in or deleting files out of the Google Drive folder will make Google Drive synch to the cloud.
Never lose a game save again. Ever!
Thanks
True but the context of the thread was cloud storage.

Since this thread was about finding good reliable cloud storage for non-SteamCloud games, this might fit the bill.
Not going to happen. Just make your own. Copy files to drop box, google drive, one drive whatever.
