SOLVED: Resolution Issues on MacOS
When I installed and ran the game, it worked fine. Then I went into the settings menu, upped the quality (defaulting to low), and hit 'apply'. It immediately crashed with a config parse error.

I found the config file (`~/Library/Application Support/Almost Human/Legend of Grimrock/grimrock.cfg`) and it had written 'nil' into the 'resolution' field.

The value it actually wants to see is something like this:

resolution = "1728 x 1117"

By updating that property to take that value (match this to whatever resolution your screen supports), the game will launch again.

Beware: You can't input anything into the resolution field in the UI, and any time you hit 'apply', it will overwrite the value and crash again. You'll need to re-apply the fix any time you change those settings. As long as you don't open the config screen, the bug won't happen.

Happy Playing!

Quick follow-up... as soon as I started the game, it crashed. Restarted, and it crashed again, twice more. So mileage may vary...

Are you on a Mac with an Apple CPU perchance? I have a 2020 MacBook Pro with the Apple M1 CPU and I get the same 'nil' error and constant crashes. Unable to run the game at all. :(

On mac studio M1 Ultra, I got "Not enough memory", need to launch 3-4 times to work...
