Do you specifically want them to be realtime? There are some good first person dungeon crawlers, but most I can think of are turn-based. The Etrian Odyssey series on DS and 3DS is fantastic, and I've heard Infinite Adventures on Steam is pretty good.

You can try out Might & Magic X: Legacy.

If you don't mind old games, Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos is a classic.

Lands of Lore might be the very best gridbased dungeoncrawler RPG ever. :)
M&M X: Legacy is also a great option.
And if you don't mind old games, M&M VI: The Mandate of Heaven and the very old Eye of the Beholder series are the 2nd best things you'll find. Again, Lands of Lore being the cream of the crop. :P

This game is heavily, HEAVILY based on Dungeon Master by FTL from 1987. (It's a total clone, to be honest, down to every single detail of every game mechanic and many of the puzzles.) Greatest game ever. Amiga version was the best of all. It had 2 sequels - Dungeon Master Chaos Strikes Back and Dungeon Master 2. The first two are highly recommended if you want to see where this game came from. I'm a bit peeved they didn't give a single mention of credit to inspiration for 95% of this game.

Shining In The Darkness. And pretty much any RPG from that era. Off the top of my head Hexx also comes to mind.

Sorry, that title belongs to Stonekeep.
Here's a couple more you can check out! They are slightly different but have the same kind of grid based movement and stuff.

I remember a game called Crusaders of the Dark Savant. It was from the Wizardry Series. In fact, any game from the Wizardry series would do. If you play the latest version, I think each of the characters talk amongst them selves while you are playing. It's a very entertaining feature, but other wise, that game appears to much alike this one. Although, they have wider variety of races, and class's and then sub class's as well. You can buy Wizardry 6, 7, and 8 altogether for just 4 dollars AUD, (Give or take the local exchange rate of your region.) but only if you buy them right now.

Also, try any of the Classic and latest Bard's Tale games. Although the latest is a different, more modern variation on the Standard UI for the type of game that is LOG. It may still be worth you while. Where the earlier games have been revamped and resold as a trilogy. The Bard's Tale Trilogy and it currently sells for only about 6 dollars AUD (Give or take your local exchange rate.) I do hope that's what your looking for.
