Has anyone else encountered lots of 2d rings that engage the cursor, but nothing happens when you click?

Only noticed today, but I've seen around 15 or so of them across the map

it just means the Armillary Ring hasn't spawned properly, so this flat/2d version is not a puzzle yet, sometimes you can see them spawn into an actual Armillary Ring puzzle, otherwise in this state, ignore them, they can't be solved unless they spawn

It really started happening for me a lot between yesterday and today. I'm in the last area looking at like 10 unspawned armillary rings right now.
