Absolute garbage game design, that the last 5% of puzzles do not show up on the map to find them. Or at the very least show WHAT puzzle you're missing.
Would also help if the bonus Mirabilis was for completing all puzzles of a certain type so you could at least tell which type you're missing.
The game absolutely needs to be more clear about what is or isn't solved yet. I still can't tell at a glance if something is solved except for invisible things of course. Logic grids are fairly distinct but still hard to tell. Rings are impossible at a distance it's basically just slightly more gold highlights. Matching cubes are also difficult. I really wouldn't mind if the puzzle had a green checkmark or something.

After the drop on the right there's a doorway mostly covered by sand, and you can crouch to get through.

If you think you're missing a cube, try coming back with the sonorous hidden cubes upgrade, it makes it way easier to find them.
