Do you know any games with similiar logic puzzles?
The only games I know that have similiar logic puzzles to islands of insight is the hexcells series: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/3331/Logic_Puzzle_Pack/

If you know anything else that is like it please let me know.

Witness - is pretty similar within the concept. a lot of square-based puzzles with different "patterns".

The mos popular game, people can recall, when hear such question.
I personally completed all puzzles in it.. Also it has some analogue of "misteries", but not that obvious as in IOI (i mean, no specfic location to read the description of each).

I know the witness and don't think the games are similiar at all. I'm specifically looking for a game with number based clues in a grid that isn't minesweeper/sudoku/nonograms.

There is https://www.gmpuzzles.com/blog/ which has puzzles that can be solved in browser.
They are kinda like individual logic grids.

The shading puzzles are exactly what i'm looking for and if you google a category name for example kurotto you can find a lot of other websites that have even more puzzles.

Open world games (FPS/TPS) :

The Witness
The Looker
Supraland

Adventure/puzzle linear games :

Viewfinder
The Talos Principle
The Talos Principle 2
Superliminal
Q.U.B.E. 2
Myst (it's a very old game but nice)
Riven (the sequel to Myst)
There Is No Game Wrong Dimension (it's not a FPS/TPS but it's a good puzzle game)

Room to room games :

The Turing Test
Portal 2

These 3 games need Portal 2 to be work :

Portal Stories: Mel
Portal Reloaded
Portal: Revolution

Not exactly the same kind of puzzles, but if you're looking for a overall fantastic puzzle game, and word games interest you at all, Lingo is a hidden gem.

I do like word games and i follow some puzzle youtubers so I already know about Lingo but it is a good suggestion.

I'm just shocked that there really aren't any games just like the logic grids in islands of insights. I feel like it is untapped potential and i would gladly pay for just more of the same if some Indie Dev would make more.

The logic puzzles in Islands of Insight are based on a pen and paper game you might find in Japanese news papers. It's called Nurikabe. I don't know of other games that use them. But hope having the name of it will help in your search
