Where are the game' temp files stored on C drive? I want to create junction but dunno what folder to move
Hello

The game keeps overflowing my C drive way too fast each time I launch it

I have another drive that has much more free space for temp files so I wanted to create junction. But for it to work I have to know the current location, and it doesnt seem to be anywhere in LocalLow (where other memory hogs tend to be)

Uh, the game shouldn't be hogging your C drive like that.
Game writes your save data and log files to %LOCALAPPDATA%\IslandsofInsight but you're gonna find any sizable files in there (past the crash reports maybe).
Perhaps the swap file is being used heavily? How much RAM you got?

Hey, I dunno, I have 32gb ram + 8gb vram... yet the game at least once crashed due to not enough memory

I was asking about junction etc because at least 3 times when playing this game I got popup from windows about low space on C drive...

I include a script you can run that will prevent it from destroying your SSD, just place it anywhere and run the .bat you created with the code I gave.

This one's probably an unrelated issue tbh. Even though the save data is saved at a stupid rate, the file itself is relatively small - so god knows why this person's PC is running out of disk space.

I'm still thinking it's other processes taking up most RAM (or the game having a gigantic memory leak specific to that hardware or something) and the swap file being blown out of proportion. But it's a shot in the dark.
