Lost Ethereal Glow hair

Not too long ago I completed the final 2 star logic grid in the locked area in the 2nd section of the map which unlocked the ethereal hair for me. When I logged back on the next day both ethereal hair styles were locked and have remained that way for some time now. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if there is a way to fix it?

I saw somebody mention it on another thread recently. It did not happen to me, but also I swapped it out after a couple of days. I didn't like the colour or the style. They really need to give you some control over how it looks, either let me apply it as a special colour style to other hair shapes, or let me adjust the colour of it... something to make it a bit special to me.

Mine unlocked early, it was weird. It's probably some flags doing something weird. Scripting bugs are a real pain. I really hope they redo/upgrade the hair effect though. If I was the kind of person who progressed for rewards I'd feel really upset at it.

I got it from unlocking the Vault of the Vitric, aka solving 5 mysteries.

I got it from completing the main story, long before I unlocked the Vault. I also had it for quite some time. Then I wanted to see if I could change the color of the hair and that's when I lost it.

Sidenote, you can also add "Etherial glow" color to your hair, didn't see this option before I unlocked the glowing hair. But messing about with that is what lost me the hair to begin with so if you have your hair and like it, I don't recommend fiddling with it

Mine seems to have reset (is no longer equippable) as well.

I switched out of the hairstyle on accident and it is locked. How can I get it back?

Currently you can't as far as I know. Best you can do is pick any unlocked hairstyle and add the etherial glow as a secondary color to make it a bit more interesting
