* Main quest can be 50-80 hours, depending on how thorough you are within the Enclaves (puzzle dungeons)
* End-game content can get you up to 100-150 hours depending on your puzzle solving speed
* Post-game is technically 300-500ish hours and consists of roaming the world in search for new puzzles that get randomly put in every day. It's not a great finale, and the same feedback loop that makes you like the game more at the start makes you dislike it more in this stage
That being said, the very nature of the random spread of puzzles (they're randomly put into the world, not randomly generated, except for 2/24 puzzle types) means that to get true 100% completion you will need to spread those 300-500 hours across literal years. getting everything is likely more of a 1000+ hour endeavor across over a decade of playing every day, unless you get lucky or they have some anti-RNG protection in the game (which from my experience doesn't seem like there is)
Still, first 100-150 hours are great fun and a great quantity to play a single game, so as long as you don't get too hung up on trying to finish every single puzzle in the world, as annoying as that may sound, then you should have a great time
Other than that, if you want the definition of what I would consider 100% in this game, I would consider it completing every puzzle in every Enclave, and maybe getting all Mirabilis available in the game, save for those two I mentioned above.
