They did say they were investigating the issue but couldn't give a timeline.
For me it did seem to start during the demo and persisted in the main game.
But I'd think once they recognize the source of the issue it won't happen again. Also the game launched so I don't think they have to deal with different versions clashing with each other?
But with next game launch there is strange thing with overall counter in side quests, like I completed 100%, did all the bonus puzzles, earned all mirabillis in that location and game shows me like I finished 53/58 bonus puzzles. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Try to write them another email with in-game nick-name and cloud id from main menu. I did that
The first match-3 puzzles I completed became available again but not the hidden cubes or rings I picked up along the way.
I'm also seeing I can suddenly claim my mastery rewards for a second time, so I'm not gonna touch anything to prevent my account from breaking again. Don't know if I can progress, but I might wait until there is a fix, meh.
Since the patch, however, I have returned to SD and GNM, and they have awarded me the Mirabilis that I was missing and updated the quests successfully! They may have put in some countermeasures to fix these problems, so be sure to check if you are stuck like anyone of us in this thread.
