reset progress?
id like to start from beginning, go through the full game experience

Same issue here. Kept my demo progress. Would like to start from scratch.

I have never tried it... But in the settings for the game (in the Steam library) you can deactivate Cloud support. I would guess that the save game in the cloud might be deleted. Then you can reactivate the Cloud support and hopefully can start from scratch.

I have no idea whether or not the game itself lets you reset the progress as I don't have it yet. xD

game doesn't save in (steam) cloud, it stored on their servers

Yea I wish they allowed us to reset, especially when it is clear some of the puzzles have been changed in the full version, so I have to go through it all anyways for completion sake

Would be nice to have that option if we want to restart later even. Luckily I did not spend a ton of time in the Demo once I realized I would be purchasing it.

I am also in the same boat. Would like a fresh start now that the game is fully released.
I submitted a ticket through their website, and have gotten a response back with assistance within 24 hours.
It sounds as though they can help reset on their end, but I haven't finished the process yet. They want some account confirmation probably to ensure people aren't wiping out other accounts.
Will confirm back here if reset is possible through them once finished.

UPDATE 1: Second response; They have apparently sent me a "certain number of Sparks". I have no idea what this even means. Some kind of currency I assume? Don't know what that has to do with resetting progress. I just want them to delete my character, so I can start from the very beginning.
I will be pursuing a refund soon if they can't accomplish this. I play plenty of puzzle games, and starting over is something I enjoy doing with them after enough time passes. I would have hoped they would have thought about something like this before release. (On a second thought, this could be another confirmation to ensure I am the owner of the account that's being requested to be reset. Will continue to update)

UPDATE 2: After another step of verification, I'm happy to say my account has been completely reset. Honestly, 3 days turn-around was much faster than I would have expected with this. Considering they probably have their hands full with plenty of problematic bugs. They were a great help, and I hope others find their way smoothly through the reset process.
Time to hop in and start the adventure.

Apologies, that field was a remnant from an earlier version - you don't need to submit that. The agent will be able to work with you to validate your account!

I tried to ask for a reset but it's not working for me. I was asked for a code (Cloud ID) and since then I received seven (7) mails asking me to create an account on their zendesk (I ALREADY have an account on their zendesk, how could I send my request in the first place?!), a message with a mysterious code I have no idea how to use, and now I'm redirected on a support website that doesn't do support for this game.

And my game progress has not been reset yet.

I am baffled.

EDIT. they managed to reset my progress. Thank you.
