Report a translation problem
I have no idea whether or not the game itself lets you reset the progress as I don't have it yet. xD
Meh ... I'm sorry.
I submitted a ticket through their website, and have gotten a response back with assistance within 24 hours.
It sounds as though they can help reset on their end, but I haven't finished the process yet. They want some account confirmation probably to ensure people aren't wiping out other accounts.
Will confirm back here if reset is possible through them once finished.
UPDATE 1: Second response; They have apparently sent me a "certain number of Sparks". I have no idea what this even means. Some kind of currency I assume? Don't know what that has to do with resetting progress. I just want them to delete my character, so I can start from the very beginning.
I will be pursuing a refund soon if they can't accomplish this. I play plenty of puzzle games, and starting over is something I enjoy doing with them after enough time passes. I would have hoped they would have thought about something like this before release. (On a second thought, this could be another confirmation to ensure I am the owner of the account that's being requested to be reset. Will continue to update)
UPDATE 2: After another step of verification, I'm happy to say my account has been completely reset. Honestly, 3 days turn-around was much faster than I would have expected with this. Considering they probably have their hands full with plenty of problematic bugs. They were a great help, and I hope others find their way smoothly through the reset process.
Time to hop in and start the adventure.

Apologies, that field was a remnant from an earlier version - you don't need to submit that. The agent will be able to work with you to validate your account!
And my game progress has not been reset yet.
