Password reset??

I played years ago and wanted to get back in after finding a discord group that plays everyday. The password reset doesn't work on their website. I'm locked out of this game because they have a stupid f*cking log in feature that no one seems to be managing.

I've sent several emails for password reset to [e-mail], [e-mail], [e-mail].

No one replies to me, I can't reset my password. Why is this game still being sold?

How the hell am I expected to play a game I paid for?
