How does the 4-pack differ from the normal game?

It's the same game, you just get 4 copies for the price of 3. So you get some discount if you buy in bulk :) So for instance, if you happen to have a couple of friends who also want to buy the game, you can pool your money and get some discount.

It should be in your Steam inventory (accessed by clicking your name at the top of steam, and going into inventory). You should see 3 extras in there, which you can then 'Send Gift' to send them to your friends :)
