Seems like you need to restart steam, also check what happens when you click here.[speedrunnersleague.appspot.com]

I've already restarted steam a bunch of times but nothing happened.
The link says "Test successful!"

I think you have the wrong version of the .net version installed. Of .NET 4 there is a 'client' and 'full' flavour. You'll need the 'full' one installed. Here's a link to the right installer: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

The first thing I tried to do was reinstall SpeedRunners

I reinstalled .NET and it worked, thanks for the help everyone.
