do characters have bonuses/abilitys?
does characters do anything that isnt cosmetic? if they do pls tell me!

Absolutely nothing. The hitboxes are exactly the same (no matter what the model looks like) so the goat since its smaller or skullduggery and Salem (taller) both function in the same ways that every character works.

I'm pretty sure the hitboxes are calculated by the way speedrunner is.

Speedrunner was the first so it makes sense that he'd be the way it works and it seems in play that's how it works, so no matter animations the hitboxes stay exactly the same they just appear differently.


Also i think it'd be a terrible idea to make them have abillities and specials then there'd be a best character and it'd kill the idea of playing as wonky characters in more compettitive play.

phew because i like playing dallas so i was worried about having to play someone i dont like because of their stats thx for telling me :D

Ya they have no abillities that's just elitist talk as a joke to say their favorite character is better. Honestly you need to find what character animations you can play with best. But if you want the exact hitbox and that works for you use Speedrunner i guess. they're all the same so reall play as a lot find what you like aesthetically and then find from their you best i guess.

TL:DR it's all preference.
