Scumbag XP Farm
I have no clue if this is a General Discussion/Workshop discussion/Bug report...
and sorry for bad English ^^

So as you may know there is a new update. r40 is a great update, it has it's great 'XP bar', which will allow you to reach goals like: new characters, new skins and even new tracks (I think)! It's lovely! Truely amazing, Developers!

But....

There is an easy way to XP farm with bots, here is a quick video of it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFUbwTYc3_0&feature=youtu.be

I made a workshop where bots will be stuck and can't do anything while you can easily win and gain fast XP

It's really unfair for the people who do this. You are free (of course, it's your game) to just delete getting XP from bots, Developers :)

(If you want to be a scumbag, here is a link to the workshop:)

And by the way, I have just used this twice, once to test it and the other to record it, I'm not a scumbag, thank god! :D

i wanted to experiment with the destroying obstacles and airtime xp bonuses to see if there was a way for crazy XP.

then i realised if you're gonna cheat you should at least do it well

It's a quick example I made in a minute, it isn't supposed to be an 'advanced XP Farm', btw, I'm not cheating, it's more like a 'bug report'. I would hate to cheat experience.

It's 70 points in 40 seconds, which means you can get 6k XP in 1 hour, might not sound a lot, but you can make your own bonuses.

Good luck making an advanced XP farm, I guess...

haha i wanted to do it out of interest to test.
Mainly doing it as a way to learn and see how it works fully, or if there's any interesting exploits - probably wont even get anywhere .

I want to go through the progression myself to experience it and so i can give thoughts on it, more interesting that way.

Luckily it'd take about 9 hours of doing this to unlock everything in the game, so phew!

The most important uses for the XP system all revolve around new players in the first 7 levels. So as long as people only think about grinding after we've said "HEY DID YOU KNOW ABOUT RANKED MODE? DID YOU TRY OUT THE MODIFIERS YET?", then everyone's still having a good time.

If I could get to max level in like 1 hour, then we'd have to start talking about fixes.
All good so far, though!

Actually, I made a map that's even worse than this. You can literally walk away from the computer, eat a sandwich, and come back level 23. Definitely something to look at imo.

The description explains how to do it.

When the level starts, all the bots run off the screen. You can make a full map selection to game to map selection cycle in about 28 - 29 seconds.

Well you may can get yourself a sandwhich and a coke, but you can't auto vote your map.
Otherwise this would be a problem for the developers x)

Um... Yes you can. Get the Murgee autoclicker, and use it to vote on the map. If you don't move your mouse, it will be at the same position on the screen when you return to stage select. This means that you can vote on the map without having to move your mouse. Turn on autoclicker, and every time you return to the stage select it will vote for your map without you having to do anything.

How? Haven't you subscribed any maps? I have to scroll all the way down if I want to choose my workshop :p

Nah the workshop state remains the same once you scrolled down, so it really would/does work

I can promise you that I have used this to farm around 10k exp. As much as you want to deny it, it's a real exploit that exists within this game.

This thread is quite old, but does anyone have any new updates for quickly racking up XP points?
