SpeedRunners Doesn't work (start), I TRIED EVERYTHING!

Hi, a friend gift me a SpeedRunners for play (he's buy in G2A), and i instaled, and i open the game and doesn't start... I verify the cache, i restart my Laptop, i restart Steam and nothing, NOTHING!, i tried everything, i'm done... :´I

I put this in executable and, nothing, doesn't exist... But i reboot my Windows, i installed DirectX 11, XNA Framework 4.0, .NET 4.5.1, and Visual Studio C++ 2015 Redistributable

I am waiting for a fix too. the c++ file didn't do anything. I already have this file on my pc so it just did its "repair". I've deleted local content and reinstalled the game. Verified integrity of game cache and have had many restarts. Graphics cards drivers are as up to date as possible. Short of downgrading windows, there is the option of the party mode, which does work on my pc: http://tinybuild.com/alex/InstallSpeedRunnersPartyMode.exe

I just got a work for my PC, running windows 10. In the games local files, in the properties of the speed runners application, under compatibility, try check marking "run this pogram as ad administrator". This worked for me after trying all the other compatibility settings. Right now I am not runnign in compatibility, just as administrator. It has sucessfully launched every time now.
