Locked Game Modifier

There is a "locked" option under game modifiers. Does anyone know what it is/how to unlock it? Googling has been less than helpful.

The option is "destructible environments". It's supposed to unlock at max lvl. Can't confirm it since I'm not there yet but that's what most replies to this hidden option mention.

Yo ya llegué al nivel máximo y aún no se desbloquea. (Tengo 85000 xp aproximadamente).
Creo que se desbloquea al conseguir todos los logros. Me faltan los logros de ascender a liga bronce y otra liga, pero luego hay un logro más que está oculto y no sé cuál es. Espero que al conseguir estos se desbloquee.
