How to get Golden Moonraker?

Hey guys, I've been playing this game for a nearly 2 months and I'm level 24 atm and unlocked all basic 4 golden characters through normal progression of the game (Golden SpeedRunner, Unic, Cosmonaut Comrade and HotHead). I believe I have seen golden Moonrakers here and there a couple times in matches or at least some videos and I want that character but I have no clue how to unlock her. Also, I have all 4 basic Moonraker skins because I've completed the Story Mode in unfair. So, does anyone know how to get Golden Moonraker, maybe she got removed from the game? And are there any other Golden characters than on 5 characters? Any help/explanations are appreciated.

I think you get it around the last level, 26. There are no other golden characters.
