Having trouble with the Cyberfights

Have just downloaded Zelda. So am stuck up on a platform, with the big security bot down below and have to interface with some machine up on a platform.
A cyberfight ensues. How do I exit that? Am using keyboard and mouse and tapping shift or ctrl does nothing. After a fight all I do is roam around in this online area and enter into more fights.
Anyone remember how to exit these fights?

you need to go core and press shift then

Thanks, will have to try it again. The game is a fun puzzler (I think I am the weak link :)
