Special Edition?

I was really excited for this film to come out last year and as soon as it came out I bought it (as much as I wanted to watch the special edition, I wanted to watch it right away). I know it takes awhile to make with so much footage, but now it's been a year and I was wondering, when it comes out will it be here on Steam as well? I noticed the DLC tab (currently empty, but maybe that means it will be DLC?) and if this site ( http://astats.astats.nl/astats/Steam_Game_Info.php?AppID=207080 ) is to be believed, it is hinted at in an achievement as well. Do you guys think it may be out by the Steam Sale? (Doesn't matter, I'm getting it either way.) How much might it cost?
