Is there a plan to add it in the future? I'm not a native speaker and my listening is quite bad so i need it to fully understand the video.

I know for a fact that in early 2016 the creators of the movie reached out to the community to find people who help with the translations for subtitles. I know this because I was among the people who answered their call. I, along with four other people, worked on the German translation and I know there were groups for other languages, too. The whole thing took 2 or 3 months if I recall correctly.
I'm sorry, I have absolutely no idea why they haven't put all those translations online by now.
It's been almost 2 years... :(
