What is "Indie Game: Life After" ?

Is it an official sequel? Lokks like full lenght one. There is no information about it, it's available only on iTunes as the separate movie ://

'The life After' is actually the same as the 'Special Edition' on Steam glued together in 1 movie.
The content description on Steam is pretty accurate:
