I'm using a generic Twin USB Joystick, try Xbox360ce, it will emulate an Xbox 360 pad on the computer, the developers themselves said exactly the same.

Did you accidentally press the mode button on your pad? If so there is a persistent driver issue with Logitech where you'll need to reset it and restart your computer.

I am having the exact same problem :( Just using a normal Logitech though. Gonna try resetting the drivers...

xbox360ce solution does work. thanks kurishi51. u need to copy it into the steamapps-folder of sine mora and start it before playing the game.

Unfortunately there's a bug in X360CE which inverts the left-right DPad mapping. I'm using an USB arcade stick.
I frankly find unacceptable that a shoot'em up won't detect and use any standard USB input device, like Jamestown does :(

My Logitech controller came with a Profiler and it works with this game.

Replace on "Stick Axis X" the IAxis 1 value for Axis1 value, the same for the right stick, instead you change IAxis3 for Axis 3
I've tried my trusty USB converter for a Playstation 2 controller on this game but does not work. I can play other Steam stuff fine ... just not Sine Mora.

sad :(
