Unexpected error

When I click run I get unexpected error, send a report to realflight team. 9.5S still works.

Does RealFlight report that no controllers are detected even though yours is connected? Is your device recognized and functioning as expected in Windows?

OR

Does RealFlight crash immediately on startup every time you run? Do you get a message box saying "An unexpected error has occurred. Would you like to send an error report to Knife Edge Software?" and no other, more descriptive error messages?

If either of these is true, the problem may be Steam controller configuration settings that are causing Steam to inject itself between RealFlight and your controller in a disruptive way.

Solution:
Right-click on RealFlight Evolution in your Steam library and select Properties...
In the left sidebar, select Controller.
Under Override for RealFlight Evolution, select "Disable Steam Input".
Close the dialog.
Start RealFlight.

This will prevent Steam from interfering with how RealFlight sees controller devices, and it will do it without affecting any other titles in your Steam library.

Note: Not all users need to make this change! It is only necessary if your Steam Input controller settings are causing problems for you.
