Paragon Set Cloack

Hello im triying to upgrade my cloack of Paragon set for have the 4/4 bonus set, but the crafting table its not working , i put the cloack lvl 140 and ring lvl 140 with the correct recipe of upgrade and dont work, meanwhile boots lvl 140 and ring lvl 140 works fine.
Anyone know how to craft it?
Maybe its a bug

Hi, to craft the cloak you need to use the red ring that drops from the boss, the blue ring wont work ^^
