How set language?

I tryed many things how switch language from English to Czech. I need game in Czech language. But only solution what work is uninstall game delete DSOClient. Install game game select Czech language in launcher. Then game is in Czech language.
But launcher start default every time in English language. When i forget change language to Czech and run game then it is in English forever and only solution is again uninstall game delete DSOClient and install again.
Is there any option how run game force in Czech language? Change any config file, register something?

close the game -> Win+R -> write %temp% -> search and enter in the "DSOclient" folder and delete the folder "logfiles", enter the game again and select the language you want in the launcher before starting, you have to select it before entering the server every time you start the game
