Hola!, espero puedas traducir mi mensaje y encontrar la solución a tu problema. Este error no me ha sucedido aún y espero no lo haga, aunque realmente es sencillo de arreglar. Ayer justamente a un amigo mío le salió este error y parecía no solucionarse con ningún método (incluso desinstalando y reinstalando el juego más de una vez, ni el launcher oficial funcionaba después de ese error), por el terror a imaginar me suceda me vi obligado a encontrar la forma de arreglarlo, entonces. Abre el launcher del juego, cuando estés en la lista de los servidores, ve a la carpeta del juego mismo, selecciona TODOS los documentos y archivos en la carpeta y posteriormente borralos, eliminalos. Notarás un aviso de sistema que indica que hay documentos que no pueden ser eliminados puesto que el launcher está abierto, entonces esos archivos los conservas, cuando terminen de eliminarse los que se pueden eliminar, cierra el launcher, abrelo nuevamente y disfruta del juego otra vez. Espero le sirva a cualquiera que encuentre esta respuesta al ERROR 19, ESTA ES LA SOLUCIÓN-This is the solution.

If the top fix doesnt help, cleaning the DNS may. Worked for my wife at least.
