To clean up DNS

follow the instructions below:
Close all open web browsers and applications on your computer.
Run the Windows command prompt as administrator.
Open the Windows command prompt by selecting the "Start" menu and typing
cmd
in the search text box and then press ctrl+shift+enter on your keyboard.
You can also launch the Command Prompt from the Start menu > (All) Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt , right-click Command Prompt from the Accessories menu and select Run as administrator from the context menu.
In the command prompt window, type
ipconfig /flushdns
and press the "enter" key. After a moment, Windows displays a message similar to:
The DNS Resolver cache has been successfully flushed.
After the message is displayed, DNS is flushed and all incorrect records are removed.
Restart the system.

Please note that you must run the command prompt as an administrator in order to flush DNS.

Go to http://www.dslreports.com/tools/pingtest
Allow its Java applet to run
Click on "Start Test" and allow a few moments for the test to run
If support directed you here, click on "Direct Link" and paste the URL of the result image in the support reply.

Game server ping
If you want to test ping to game servers, you can open a command prompt:

Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt

Then enter the server address:
ping heredur.drakensang.com
ping grimmag.drakensang.com
ping werian.drakensang.com
ping agathon.drakensang.com
ping tegan.drakensang.com
ping balor.drakensang.com
