Bug with Sparkler Party Hat: A Sad Birthday Man

So there are 2 garment icons right on top one another. I already got the sparkler hat but both the area and the icon show I am missing one garment. This is at Cookout Party area.

Yeah its a bug. You can see it only on flagpole. It shows 2x sad man outfits even though that are has only 3 outfits altogether. If you check totals in menu there you can see correctly just 3 outfits.
