Kill agents on new clouds that appeared around city. Then jump on bumpy spots on those clouds to make them flash with different colors.

Once you activate all clouds new golden beanstalk will appear on mothers tower. Fly to it on quadrocopter and it will start.

One thing I found out is you can use the quadcopter from Mother fight without going to Mother fight it saves you acorns/money. Also you don't have to kill the agents you can just quickly hit the bombs and be on your way.
