What button is supposed to be pressed when you see that little target on things? Im playing on a xbox controller. Specifically for jumping on a rocket, grabbing a foot, grabbing hand etc as an attack is coming.

I am disarmed. Ill try again today. Im hoping its just my bad timing or something.

It's different buttons. if I remember right, grabbing a rocket takes a well-timed and well-placed contextual tap of the Fire bitton. Grabbing someone's leg is just a matter of jumping at it and you'll automatically latch on as if it were a pole or tree. When you're already climbing on someone, yoinking stuff out of their pockets is a contextual press of the Fire button when you're in the indicator ring.
