So you get one acorn from defeating all the dolls , but how do you get the bald outfit and the light my fire acorn?

How do you use the party hat to light it. I’ve tried for about five minutes but nothing seems to work

When you're wearing the party hat, you can right click (on controller, whatever button to aim) and the squirrel will stick his head forward.

I got the outfit by lighting with the party hat and caught on fire

It's up on the hill in the Wet Streets. You get there by climbing the trees

If you were talking about stealth, then as soon as you open the fireplace, you will see a case hidden in the dark corner before you go down the stairs. I missed it multiple times as well
