Try to hit Alt+Enter! Let us know if that fixes your issue.

It worked for me. Whenever you load up the game just press those keys together and it will make it windowed

No way to get borderless fullscreen?

Borderless Gaming app works well with it until the devs can add it natively.

I use Version 9.5.6 available for direct download on Github, but version 10.x is available on Steam.

https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases

Simply hit Alt-Enter to window mode, then find the game in the list on the left and hit the right arrow to move it to the auto-borderless list.

If the game doesn't show up on the left go to Tools > Full Application Refresh (for 9.5.6 at least).

Edit: Well it was working for a while, but now it's shrinking down to an incorrect resolution on my 4k monitor so... Real shame there's no resolution settings either to force it to proper size. Game seriously needs that, borderless window mode, crosshair settings and FOV/Motion Blur settings big time.

When I get it in windowed mode, it still wants to be at my monitor's ratio. 32:9 no matter what, even with Borderless Gaming.

How can you resize the window after using alt + enter? I have a 32:9 monitor and I don't want to use the entire window but I also don't want to play in a 1280x720 window. Is fs/window and resolution really not an option under settings? That seems insane but I can't find it.

You can't, I have the same problem. I too have a 32:9 monitor, hit alt+enter in-game and the game goes into Windowed mode BUT after a few seconds the game forces itself to be in Windowed mode with a 32:9 aspect ratio, even when I manually put the window into 16:9. Why the developers did not include a simple resolution change or a windowed mode in the settings is beyond me.
