I mean, CoD Zombies got into some weird, obscure, and specific EEs that eventually you had to do to progress (unlike original CoDZ) and that aggravated me because it locked core mechanics.
Here, they are just little extras and can actually penalize you. When the skills appear in rotation they can take a spot of something else you may have wanted. So you have to reroll or pick and replace later.
