replace the first skill Arcane beam with Arcane power, replace Generalist rune ( i like to use reroll mastery ) and yeah it's The most Op ( for max curse map, because for pushing for max infinte or max overlord it's another thing )

Generalist with Chromatic Bolt alone is 1.65x damage, and scales further with more tags. Anyone who thinks that should be replaced is smoking something.

if u want reroll then replace focus_fire,
also scent_of_blood>actually useful skills>other buffs

Scent of Blood builds, Reap builds, Icy Vortex builds.
Everything else doesn't scale as well.

Reap is probably the worst of the 3.
