how to open gold portal?
I got it early on, but it hasn't appeared since then. How do you make the GOLD PORTAL appear?

If you are talking about the endless portal on normal runs (not titan hunt), it has a time limit. Not sure what the limit is, but I think you have to finish the level in under 14 minutes to get the portal to spawn
