HI, Can anyone tell me where can I find fragment of ice to upgrade paladin's weapon? I found one but I have no idea where I found it and still need 2 more. Thank you!

Hello there,

those will drop from Colummeth, the Incarnation of Ice.
To get those drops, you have to activate 6/6 Curses in Tier 6,
which will unlock Void Essences.
