Wiki says its counts as same thing. does it mean that if you have both, you get 12x dmg or 144x dmg?

Those shoud work as 2 seperate debuffs, so max 1200% each for 2400% total.
But cant say for sure.

It only felt like alot of damage more when using both debuffs in a build with Arcane Blade as an kill skill, compared to only one of those.
