Another build is just to go all minions with bloodlust as a support. Replacing the starting weapon with that rune that does such. (Assuming you have the houndmaster mastery thingy)
If you haven't unlocked all of his abilities yet, do that first with a few whatever runs.
I just finished a 4th cycle(410%ish) max curse run using 6 bleed skills (and no threshing shot). Went bleed masteries and crit masteries. focused mostly on getting speed up to 200%+ and just bonus damage on each ability while taking crit where I could. Take survivability when it's best - finished with about 600 life, 50% armor 25% block, 100% crit and 700% crit damage at around level 210.
You'll need speed asap to help dodge stuff. After that it's all about getting those bleeds high and taking enough AOE and multi/cast speed to do "drivebys" on bosses and blow them up before the screen turns all red and you have to get away. Eventually after a cycle or two it's just running in big circles, avoid the big damage hits (the stuff on the ground won't do much, it's the big boss abilities that will insta kill you), and just run by the boss to get some damage on him.
Adding Theshing shot would have surely got me farther - the stack abilities are the best in the game when coupled with lots of stacks via at least 3 or so abilities stacking their debuff.
I also just run autoaim cause i'm lazy, without autoaim the build should work massively better.
