Arcane Weaver used to be one of the strongest chars in the game.
The basic Skills are incredible powerful and dont need any fine tuning to make this class run CurseVII. With utelizing Skill Mastery Runes, like with every class, you can build a powerful beast, themed around multiple main tags, especially "Arcane".
Pyromancer is a bit more tricky, but gets heavy carried with the new ascendent skill, when you stick to the basic skill pool. With Skill Mastery Fire Rune you cna build one of the most overpowered builds in the game. Since Fiery Blades do damage depending on Burn/Melt Stacks and are Summons that roam around and shredd everything.
With both chars and a well planned build you can melt through CurseVII Loop3+, like with other chars.

Hmm with pyro grab the Swing Mastery to get Fiery blades (3x-6x) and get Singular focus xD. Stack tons of burns/melt and those blades will delete bossed on Curse7.
On Pyromancer you can get Fire mastery and Swing affinity (not inclination) for Fiery Blades (or rather just go play Spellblade last weapon lol). It's a shame that Conflagrate doesn't scale with burn stacks. Heck, it deals small damage and doesn't apply any status effect, unlike Putrefy. Heat Explosion is nice though.
Pyro? Just run low cooldown, high hit count actives and pick ALL burn passive upgrades after getting + 5 into doom. Fire Blades summon ftw. Stack fire and melting damage, even without the summon ALL dot builds work. Pyro suffers without 2 slot Fire Mastery,
TLDR: Get some mental help if two sentences sends you into a hour long rant.

For the general maximum difficulty the game has to offer, which yields some kind of rewards (Curse 36 at Danger Level 14 up to Endless/Overlord 3) everything is useable.
Everything above is optional and shoudnt be the balance point.
So w/o further elaboration why this skill is pointless, its just a rant and doesnt help any type of constructive discussion.
Again, this is a rant and your personal experience, which will likely be different from others.
Slow Characters can be harder to play, if you dont know how to counter this problem.
Well placed and tactical dodges make a huge difference.

W/o further elaboration no one can tell why you are slow.
(Webs from Spiders could be an option, since they can give you multiple slow Stacks)
I usually end up with too much MS at 300%+, but this is my personal expereince.
This is definetly false.
If you run into a BUG here, making a report in the BUG Section with Screenshots and detailed explanation is advised.
Your decription just sounds like you had one round with very lucky passiv rolls and one round with very unlucky passive rolls.
Probably everyone had this experience when doing multiple runs in a row with the exact same setup of Runes and Active Skills.

While your initial post could have been helpful with less salt and more details and maybe in a new thread, since in the past 1 1/2 Years ALOT happend to both classes and NOTHING pre your post applies to both chars anymore,
your "Wall of Text" maybe describes what you shoud do:
You demanding respect while giving a bad post, where you are disrespectful towards the devs in a thread that is out of date and contains nothing of use for a todays discussion.
