Co-op is a possibility, being discussed but if it were to be implemented would be post release as a free content patch. Glad to know you enjoy the game! Devs always appreciate reading comments like these.

Would also love some sort of co-op. I was thinking earlier how it could be done due to needing to pick skills while the match is going and and came to this idea. Have experience be shared first of all. Then when you level up you get a count down timer for both players (can be adjusted in lobby 0-15 secs or something). If all players pick skills before timer ends
it does not negate the timer to avoid accidents. I think this route would very fluid for game play with multiple people.

as someone who has 1000 hours in VS i can safely say that SS surpassed VS by now and when the devs just keep adding stuff without nerfing/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up too much of the fun parts in the game, no one will talk about VS in a few months anymore. the best part for me is that a round is 6-10 min while in VS i always have to play the full 30 min until turbo mode is unlocked, which usually will be unbeatable until you are way later in the game. my last VS exp was: 27xxx Egg Pugnala, needs about 20 sec to lvl 200, wait 14min afk until game ends because i dont see anything on the screen. The changable weapon system and unlimited passives is a nice addition to SS.

I would gladly pay for character customization.

Kinda diabloey but kinda not. I have mixed feelings about this game but overall i'd say it's pretty good for early access.

There's a clear passion and will to create something fun put into there. On the other hand, it's lacking some polish in quite a few areas. The combat and movement somehow manages to both feel good yet a little awkward, and it's hard to pinpoint what's wrong with the game.

But what's right is a lot easier and there's quite a bit of it, a lot of content, dumb fun, decent level of challenge, feels cool to look at and to become a force of nature flooding the screen with particles, some upgrades are pretty good and all. Bosses are a bit too easy/slow and the patterns are a bit too simple at times, but i still kind of like them and they have some potential. I've yet to unlock higher difficulties/challenges so i hope that these spice things up appropriately.

Not sure how i feel about the metaprogression, rarity levels of passives (it adds variety but decreases strategic choices), and how some stuff doesn't feel very impactful, plus a certain sluggishness/clunkiness i feel at times in the gameplay. Lacks some "snappiness" sometimes, too. A few other things that i can't quite be sure about. Games likes these are supposed to feel replayable and while i think the core gameplay has a solid base it feels a little repetitive in some ways.

Still, what matters most is that the player has fun, and i seem to have fun, so that's good.

I haven't felt anythging wrong w the game. Except for the fact that there's not much to make at the blacksmith. I hope more content for customization is added in the future. Also, didn't realize this was early access. To me, it feels AMAZINGLY put together. And as for Diablo, this feels like I'm running greater rifts in Diablo 3- I notice a lot of the enemy types look and feel like they came straight from Diablo.

THIS!
Couldnt make it to 1000 hours because i got bored away.
Soulstone Survivors got me hooked very badly and even there is no more to unlock right know. Just going in and do dumb stuff is more fun than to commit to a 15 min run in VS.

The only akward thing i came accross are animations in battle but i hope this will stay the way it is because it just looks damn funny.
I bet we will see much to come in the future of this game, far more than the roadmap offers.
From my feeling the devs are pretty new and fresh, but adapting pretty fast in their skill so this game could be their playground. I think from this comes the feeling there is passion in there when you play this already 10bucks masterpiece.
