100% Necropolis?

I beat the game, stats show all areas conquered, all secrets found, all quests done, but one of the houses isn't occupied and the necropolis is at 92%.

What am I missing?

Already, I've done everything.

I started a NG+, going to redo the entire game and see if that finishes it.

For what it's worth, I was at the same, and it turned out that 8% was exactly 1 Noble Soul I hadn't found in some rando secret area on one map. So I imagine that or another such Noble soul is what you are/were missing.

I myself have EVERYTHING complete except I'm at 101/102 secrets. It's not on any of the regular levels, so it must be in some secret cave. I've tried searching everywhere and cant' find it, so I think I'm probably gonna new the new game+ also, but I dunno if that restarts the counter from 0 -_-.

Starting NG+ filled in the missing house, but not the percentage. I've got no idea.

For you, NG+ doesn't reset the secrets. All the effigys and runes you collect that you already had just give you money.

when starting a new Era the necropolis bar shows incomplete with black... reason for this is cause buildings are needing to be upgraded.... including the rune building pretty sure.... im currently in Era 3 and buildings like houses and rune building can be upgraded to level 6 by then...
