Chickromancer build

Never thought Id be using the chickens.

But after getting stuck on my beefy hordes wiping from paladin thorns damage, I tried chickens and steamrolled the rest of the game with it.

This build so easy to put together too. Only needed half the minion capacity and only 1 important affix... summon Lich on unit death. You can use this even without having the lich effigy.

Half minions summoned of just chickens with all animal talents for them, including extra attack speed.
My other half of summons were corpse candles with increased rarity drop talent for better loot.

Main weapon doesnt matter.
Main staff is curse for extra damage on enemies (broken bone icon). Could also be unit explosion nearest enemy for faster clearing crowds. I never ran out of chickens to explode.

Main, and most important, affix is %chance to summon a Lich on unit death. Other affixes were +flat animal damage, attack speed, animal health and +mana on summon. But the other affixes didnt much matter, chance to summon Lich was key.

Even with just 11% chance to summon a lich on unit death I had a crowd of them each skirmish. You spawn multiple chickens per corpse and they die so fast the Liches just keep coming.

My 2 runes were berserk and speed.

On bosses I would curse them to take extra damage, speed my army, berserk them and watch the bosses health bar drain. Even if the boss one shot half the chickens with an aoe, that only spawned a couple dozen liches to keep laying waste.

Silly but fun build. Fun game overall.

Unfortunately, when i have 500+ chickens and use runes, i get insane stuttering/lags. Like 1 FPS at max. This also slows the game down.

There's a fix in the works for this. Hopefully in the next patch after Easter holidays.
