Ruins of Bal’agor and merchants wheel?

I have Helobs heart and all the chickens a girl could ask for. I’m on all 9 plates but the door won’t open. I’ve covered a lot of map, so I’m assuming the wheel is n here, but I can’t get to it. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

It's a different kind of puzzle. Tip: Kind of like a combination lock. Look at the ground. Nice work covering all the plates though :)

you can repair the merchant's cart after you follow the remaining quest steps (sell the grail, and talk to the merchant)

…. But, wouldn’t let me sell grail to dude. And if I clicked cart, it said I needed a wheel…

Ok, well, now I think I’m legit stuck for his quests. I’d already gotten the Index Nekromantia, but quest won’t complete.
