Depends on your play style. Ive been using the saucer a lot lately because I'm really enjoying stealing my opponent's stuff.

Read their skills and choose the one you prefer and focus on using the skills you want.

To be honest, which AirMech is the best or most powerful is purely opinion for the fact that AirMech is a strategy based game. As a result these mechs were designed for various different roles so it's hard to determine which one is the best out of them all, unless you ask which one is best for a specific role. (Such as assault, support, defense, stealth, etc.) To find the best AirMech, you need to specify your favorite role on the battlefield, and then find the AirMech that has the best stats for that mission. Experiment a little and research in-game with some practicing and training.

Right, it's like asking what the best character in Street Fighter is. A lot depends on how you want to play the game--more direct combat, more RTS focused, etc.

A question easier to respond to is "what AirMech is best if I want to _____?"

Im more of a Up frontline guy focus on DPS and stuff but i want to know if the warthog is the only one because i dont like it very well.
It's a little bit of play style, but if you are good at tactics AND strategy then a A-10 Warthog is very good to have on the team. Ideal team to me would be Warthog + UFO/Osprey + Neo, or just three Warthogs. Osprey's are best at spamming heavy units, and UFOs are good for capturing that critical unit (that one the enemy spent 3600 kudos to unlock) that was just dropped.

If you hate micro-managing arcade tactics, and just like the Real Time Strategy aspects, then stick with an Osprey/UFO.

Do Warthogs have more health points than any AirMech? Just wondering if thats true or not.

The players have put together an amazing wiki that probably answers a lot of questions you might have comparing the AirMechs:

My latest experience is that in CTF games, three Neos on one team is OP!

As mentioned before, it all depends on your play style. I'm a very aggressive mech vs mech fighter, so I use the Warthog since it has the best power for it's main gun, and the ability to shoot both air and ground after a few level ups. It makes it a very efficient mech killer, and I rely on that to gain XP and level up faster than my enemy. But you also have to be cautious and defensive with that mech, since it is very slow especially before you can level up the gun's start-up speed. It's not a great mech if you like to make quick unit drops or quick getaways.

I also need some tips and tricks guys..I am losing quite a lot of battles in airmech and i dont know why, I spam units like everyone else does and I usually use a Warthog (like a lot of people do) I just cant seem to win many battles (at all) also Pilots I dont have one right now, most likely because I dont like having a downside to something (ex. -10% unit build speed)
