Problems loading the game?

One thing to try is to delete the registry key for AirMech from your computer. This is located in the file "regedit.exe" and is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/CarbonGames. Try deleting the "CarbonGames" key, then rerunning the game and see if that fixes the issue you are seeing. i have had problem playing the game, it comes up and plays for like 10 seconds then it says there is an error and kicks me out of the game completely, any solutions?

Can you describe what you see in the error message?

I'd like to say that when I hit play on steam to start the game, it loads up, and then closes. I've redownloaded it(twice), as well as the suggested solution- Know what I could do to fix this?

The game is not starting, I tried re-installing it (and steam too) deleted the regitry files, clientregistry.blob (as google said) verified the integrity of files, etc. But the game is not starting! I just click on play and nothing happens :/ Similar to other users who complained earlier, some times it shows a window that steam is preparing to launch the game which lasts for only 1.5secs and then too nothing. What to do??

Hello,

Alright first I want to make this very clear for those who have no idea what RegEdit is, and what its for. In short lets just say that its something you should not be playing with. Now because the key needs to be deleted, it you read the post you will understand what you need to delete once in there.

How to make a shortcut for RegEdit,

01). Right Click on Your Desktop
02). Click "New", "Shortcut"
03). Type in RegEdit

Now you will have a shortcut to RegEdit.

AGAIN! Do not play with this program! If you delete the wrong keys in your registry you may end up having to reformat your computer. If you do not have your operating system on CD/DVD you will be in serious doo doo.

Now for a thanks to Carbon for the useful information which fixed my AirMech on the Steam client. Thank you very much!

For everyone having the freezing issue. If you will do as told on the original post here, it will fix the problem. Only delete the folder in which they have listed. Some games, programs, and other applications do not remove the registry information when deleted, so this is why you need to delete the key/folder in the registry. Deleting & reinstalling the game will not fix this problem.

I've tried everything steam support has told me to do, so I've resorted to thinking its a problem with AirMech as I've downloaded AirMech from Google Chrome and tried but it just said Failed to install AirMech please restart the application and try again. Please help me. I know this article is old but if someone could help me that would be very much appreciated :)

We're currently experiencing an issue with the AirMech update on Steam. Devs are working to resolve this issue ASAP.

The Chrome browser version has been disabled for a while now.

Hello, I need help fixing Airmech on steam.

Whenever Attempt to load up Airmech on steam, it cuts to a low resolution, but the game doesn't load, the resolution stays for about 5 seconds, then returns to normal and the game automatically crashes

I have attempted using the regedit.exe fix many times but it wont work at all

I have also attempted changing the Start up method by having it set to a Default resolution, Start Up Normal, and other things but it wont work

I hope you guys can help me with this problem, Thanks!
